After 2 year of loneliness, the surviving protagonist discovers he is not alone in his survival form the disease. Cockroaches have survived the alien scourge and mutated to grow as big as a grown man. And those dried, paralyzed infected are in the state of terrifying metamorphosis. Their skin grows grey, their eye sockets become augmented, their fingertips turn into long bony black claws, and a chaos of black tines bursts through what remained of their old human teeth. All that and they remain unmoving. But something is about to change.")
