Since the targeted audience are people who like dogs and animals enough to want more than one dog, I wanted to make something to make them go aww or for the cover to look as playful as happy puppy.
1) Used handwritten font
2) Used Orange color, which usually associated with excitement, be energetic and warmth.
So, I thought it fits a book about dogs.

Instantly, I started to think of a style of \"gekidan INU CURRY\" which utilizes collages.
I thought it looks amateurish yet good-looking as it looks like pieces of magazines being put together.
Something that looks like a child with scissors, paste and some imagination can do.

With a book about a mysterious disorienting world that only consists of white, which apparently get thrown into after you die, I decided to keep the baffling feel even when it comes to the cover to invoke the potential reader to think how the title, cover and synopsis relates.
I used quirky presentation of a dead person, using illustration of human body that looks like it's taken from old anatomy book, noodles as bowel and tomato as blood or insides.")

A storytelling lover, who decided to make covers for one of the things he loves the most—books.
That's exactly why I prefer telling stories through my covers.
I have a soft spot for unique and absurd styles, and I usually prefer simple covers (at least, till I don't).
