Unsere Zielgruppe sind Unternehmensinhaber, Geschäftsführer und Fertigungsleiter von Industrieunternehmen, die ihren Bereich zur Spitzenleistung führen wollen. Sie haben einen technisch, betriebswirtschaftlichen Background und tragen Verantwortung für Betriebsmittel und Mitarbeiter. Sie wollen Schlüsselpersonen zu Experten ausbilden lassen. TPM ist eine Methodik der Lean Philosophie und bietet einen Werkzeugkasten, mit dem Industrieunternehmen zu Spitzenleistungen und Ergebnissteigerung gebracht werden können. Ausgangspunkt ist stehts die Fertigung. In jedem Fall sollte es sich von anderen Trainingsbroschüren differenzieren und pfiffiger / einfallsreicher sein (z.B. sollte es besser / pfiffiger sein als, https://www.cetpm.de/lib.medien/akademieprogramm-2018.pdf). Es liegt ein Flyer vor, bitte diesen in ein neues Design bringen. Bitte einen Flyer erstellen, den ich auch danach anpassen kann (er muss in seinem ursprünglichen Format auch änderbar sein). So open design is required. Important Notice: this is a training for production leaders and professionals. It is part classroom training and part shop floor (machine) training.
