I am a young martial artist from Germany. I believe that teaching Self Defence to victimised children and adults should and will be an important part of my life - and this is what my school should be like. Self Defence for everyone, no matter how out of shape, weak, shy or handicapped you are, you will always be welcomed here!
Learning martial arts changed my life for ever and I hope I can give that change to anyone who needs it!
