• Unlimited Concepts & 3 Revisions.

• The project is capped at a maximum of 3 revisions, where each revision involves refining existing logo concepts.

• The designer is committed to presenting a minimum of 3 concepts, with the flexibility for unlimited exploration until the revision limit is reached.

• Project Timeline Limitation: The project duration is constrained by the selected number of revisions. In the event of a week-long lapse in communication without prior explanation, barring instances such as holidays or scheduled feedback sessions, the designer reserves the right to conclude the project and receive the agreed-upon payment.

• Initial Concept Delivery: The first set of concepts will be promptly provided, adjusted to the client's timeline. In urgent cases, delivery can occur as soon as the next day. Please note that the designer observes weekends as non-working days.

• Initial Payment Terms: Following the presentation of the first set of concepts, 50% of the payment becomes non-refundable. Subsequently, for each day that passes, an additional $100 becomes non-refundable.

• Intellectual Property Usage: All logo designs presented, excluding the final approved product, are granted to the designer for unrestricted use at their discretion..

• Final logo design will be send over in AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG and a transparent PNG in both RGB (web) and CMYK (print).
