Hi my name is Adrienne Fonda and I am the Founder of an online yoga and wellness platform call iKula. I am a marathon runner, cert. Yoga Instructor, cyclist, and I love absolutely anything active, which is why I know just how important rest, recovery, and wellness is. I am also the Exec Director of a Foundation assisting employees in Sr. Healthcare.
