Qui sommes-nous ?
Position Green is a fast-growing SaaS company with a platform that helps organisations collect, analyze and report sustainability data. Our subscription revenue is currently at approx. 11 Msek/ year and growing by approx 100% / year. We are just above 25 employees. Our current customers are typically medium-large companies, primarily in Sweden. A typical yearly license is 100 TSek / year. Our current sales process is based on online lead generation and cold calling. It is our ambition to increase sales through the partner channel, especially outside of Sweden. Why we are doing this now: We do not feel that the current website reflects the quality of our platform (which we and outside reviewers often consider “best of breed”). What we want to achieve: The new website(/update of website) has the following objectives: More clearly position Position Green as a leading (we are the biggest/one of the biggest in Sweden) software company (as opposed to a consultancy). We traditionally have a significant part of revenue from consulting, we focus on reducing the need for these services (through software development) and have an ambition to make Position Green a platform that can be implemented and managed by partners (or sometimes even the customer themselves). Position us an international company (with Swedish origin) rather than a local company. In H2 2021 we will begin our internationalisation efforts and should therefore have an “English first” approach to external communication with Swedish as a second language that’s easy to access. Other considerations: We produce a lot of written content (and some video) and this is a central part of our long-term nurturing work. We must be able to continue doing this in-house with the same efficiency as today. Our current site is built in Wordpress. We are happy with how this works and the current setup. If another CMS is recommended, SEO, tracking, editing options etc. needs to be thoroughly reviewed. Other tech used in our sales & marketing setup is Hubspot and Apsis One. Paid marketing is primarily made through Google ads and LinkedIn ads.

Feel free to use placeholder images that can be changed in a next step. We will provide real photographs (will be taken after we selected design) and product screenshots (can be provided now, but should not be used directly in design (since we are in the process of redesigning the UX as well). If it can be used wisely (Slack is a good example) and not too aggressive, animations to show our sustainability data flow is encouraged.
