Chesapeake Industrial Cleaning Products
http://chesapeakeindustrial.com/
Chesapeake Industrial Cleaning Products, Inc is an East Coast based provider of effective and economical water-based cleaning detergents for your industrial cleaning needs.
While other suppliers offer products from a menu of general materials designed for multiple uses, Chesapeake’s products and custom formulations eliminate ingredients not needed for an application and optimize those that are effective for removing the desired soils. This lowers costs, increases effectiveness, and simplifies wastewater treatment. And in large volume applications, custom formulations are typically less expensive than standard multipurpose products.
Chesapeake also utilizes low cost manufacturing techniques and strategies to minimize transportation costs and times to delivery.

Main customers are industrial manufacturers. These are the companies/operations that actually make end products either for other industrial companies or for other divisions within their own company. The two specific industries we target are titanium and titanium recycling and optical lens cleaning. We also would like to include general production metal cleaning. Any size business is acceptable but in general because of the industries we serve the companies is usually mid-size to large entities.
We are looking for a complete redesign of our website to give it a completely different look from its current design. Within this redesign, we’d like to better emphasize the different markets that we are serving and the benefits that we can bring to them.
The website will be all informational based and not set up to do any direct selling (ecommerce) however, there will be information relative to the many products offered by Chesapeake Industrial.
The main goal of the web site would be for a user to see our offerings and then pick up the phone or drop us an e-mail for more information. These industries are fairly technical so no one just buys over the internet. They want to talk to someone that understands their business and can point out where the products might benefit them with respect to any problems/issues they may have or as a general cost saving/operational improvement benefit. The key to selling in these industries is to get a live body in front of the customer to discuss their operation. The goal of the web site should be to increase awareness of the company within the industry and to work toward getting that appointment.
We’d like to go with a 2 or 3 column design to better display information and allow for easy updating.
