CommPath, Inc., a premium solution provider of AT&T, Verizon, Cisco, and Avaya, is a medium sized firm based in New York City, New York. Providing customers with sales and service of hardware and connectivity alike, our customers receive world-class support, training, and attention when purchasing and using their new phone systems. Specializing in voice, data, and fiber optic cabeling, CommPath, Inc. has a wide variety of service and product offerings bound to meet even the most demanding customer's requirements.

CommPath's customers are generally small and medium sized business looking to upgrade or expand their current telecommunication platform. These customers are looking for new, innovative technologies that not only cut costs and increase productivity and efficiency, but allow them to more effectively manage and control their organizations.

Our customers operate in many different industries, including but not limited to: health, financial advisement and planning, community action, banking, retail, and many more.


CommPath, Inc. Website Layout/Requirements

Home Page
The CommPath, Inc. home page needs to be clean, elegant, and attractive. Integrating dynamic page elements in order to create a unique, engaging, and memorable website is paramount. It shouldn’t be too cluttered or too wordy, since this will only detract from the overall impression.
It should contain at the top, preferably in a way that incorporates the overall design scheme, feature the new CommPath logo. Near the logo, perhaps flanking on either side or underneath, or however looks best, the page navigation elements should be present. They don’t need to be too large or distracting, but should rather compliment the logo rather than distract from it. Since there will not be a great many pages, all of the main pages should have a link in this area.
Underneath the logo and header area, the main content area should highlight our products and our service, with at most a brief description about CommPath and the solutions it can provide. This area might integrate stock photography of some of the systems we sell with people using them, but it should be styled to match the rest of the website and should avoid being wordy and superfluous.
The partner logos should include the “AT&T Solution Provider” logo, the “Verizon Premium Solutions Provider”, the “Cisco Partner” logo, and the “Avaya Partner” logo at least; these are our most popular suppliers/services, and should thus be highlighted on our home page.
At the bottom of the home page, underneath all the content, there should the usual fare of small links to the “site map” and other important pages, as well as the copyright information and the year.

About Page
The about page should briefly overview CommPath’s products and services. Starting with an introduction about what CommPath does, what its mission is, and how long it has been operating, it should continue on to describe what products we sell, services we offer, and what customers can expect.
Starting first with the overview of CommPath, it should feature just general information about the company’s history and goals, and current staff.
After the company description, there should be a section on our service offerings. This area will provide a brief introduction to the connectivity services we sell through our partnership with AT&T and Verizon.
Service is an important thing to have, but actual hardware and software products comprise an important part of every telecommunications solution, and this section should highlight our product offerings from Cisco and Avaya and IP Office and some of the capabilities of these different systems.

Our partners page is where customers will be able to see not just our corporate partners and reseller programs from companies like Verizon and AT&T and Cisco, but will also mention some of the solutions we provided for some our more notable clients.
Almost a cross between a Partners page and a testimonial page, this section will give the customers and idea of how we do business and what resources we have available to us in getting the job done.

Contact Page
Part of the goal of the new CommPath website would be to generate new sales leads and keep track of customers as they view our page for updates and more information. This contact page should allow potential customers to input their name, company, email, telephone, and comments and questions, and request a sales follow-up from a CommPath salesperson. It should also allow users to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter so they too can stay up to date on industry trends and news.
