We are a company specializing in lead generation for attorneys and financial professionals who work with older adults. Our company's clients are looking for us to deliver them targeted leads who are interested in estate planning, wills, probate, and other related services.

The two primary targets for the web page we'd like to create are middle and upper-class older adults who have a spouse either in, or about to enter, a nursing home and the children of older adults in the same situation. As such, the site should be clean and easy-to-use, and should appeal to people in those demographics.
This is a very simple "squeeze page." It will be a one-page web site designed for one purpose: to get the prospect to opt-in to an e-mail follow-up sequence. As such, the elements of the design will be fairly basic: We need a place to display an attention-grabbing headline at the top of the page. Directly below the headline, we'd like a two-column web page...the column on the right would be more narrow and would be where the opt-in form (name, address, etc. would go), and the column on the left would be the place where the sales letter copy would go. The only other elements we really need on the page would be a way for blockquotes and bulleted lists to stand out.
Other considerations would be as follows: Given the nature of the site, the headline graphic/area at the top of the page may wish to incorporate a photo or photos of seniors and their families or spouses. We'd also like the opt-in area to "pop" -- it should be clear to the user that the opt-in form is what we want them to complete to get the information promised in the headline. This "pop" could come from a large arrow, contrast in colors, or something like that.
