We are rebranding our existing web to print-solution and are looking for a new and fresh visual presentation. “Web to print” is a concept that lets users order (primarily) documents using a standard web browser. The documents might be variable documents based on a template (like business cards etc.), but also other more generic documents generated by yourself where you just want to get your documents ordered/transferred to your print-/copy shop.
Our existing gui is to be concidered version 1, and do not want the gui for version 2 to be influenced by looking at the existing one.
Primarily b2b/business to business: corporate/SMB, in-house and public print- and copy shops.
Business to consumer (b2c) only as a secondary target audience.
We are focused on having an easy-to-understand gui that looks “sexy” without losing its focus on functionality, simplicity and responsiveness. We are planning to use GUI-components from http://www.telerik.com.
Deliverables should be layered psd. We do not expect getting html/css, but will prefer good designs that looks possible to implement.
We want primarily two pages where one of these consists of a series of subpages.
Front page, consisting of the master page and a content area with login area + informational text + image
Order-process-pages, consisting of a step-by-step “wizard” where you choose category, choose product, specify product, order product
We are open to all kinds of designs, but are fond of the fluids ones. We are open to ALL alternatives, colorschemes etc, also alternatives to our wireframe if there are better ways of doing things.
Wireframe is attached.
