I am a professional IT Consultant who is working with many different small businesses.
The medical office is located in Kazakhstan (Central Asia), they need a website that would promote their business in the country.

Exigences
The website should match the style and logo that was already designed
The elements of the design should include some chinese art
The design should be viewable on the 1028 x 768 pixels screen
The main menu should be horisontal (see example http://www.lrcdao.kz/)
The sub menus should be vertical on the right or left hand side of the design
The site should use no more than 2 different font style
The site should be light, no flash or heavy graphics
The main page should consist of main area, navigation, news , header and footer
The inner page should also have the main area, navigation, header and footer, "bread crumbs"
Each page should have a link to the next page and to the TOP see example here (http://www.lrcdao.kz/index.php?page=pediatriya)
The footer should have the same links as the the main navigation.
The header should have a search box
