We are a software start-up, founded by two full-time, working magicians with a shared vision for enabling talented performers and artists to make a better living performing their craft.
Our flagship product is a highly custom CRM solution that integrates seamlessly with other business tools and lead sources and automates the entire business process.
Our customers are primarily "Variety artists," a term used for magicians, fire spinners, jugglers and other unusual, skilled performers. Variety artists work "live" and book their own shows. Eventually, we want our product to be used by Talent Agencies, singers, comedians, and musicians as well.
Our software will make their business-lives much, much easier, from automating tasks, to eliminating paperwork.
Our customers will not necessarily be "techies," but will have basic computer skills, and know the metaphors we all use (copy, paste, etc.) to use our software effectively.
We're looking for a clean, crisp and polished design that is in keeping with our existing marketing collateral (see logo and stationary concept).
Design should be sales-oriented to communicate a clear message. Pages might include screenshots, videos, bullet points, feature matrix etc.
This website is our marketing website. It should be look and feel like a static website. We may have a blog section (and it would be nice to see how that would fit into the overall theme) but the focus of the design should be for a static website.
Because it is a sales website it needs to be laid out as such. We are selling Software As A Service (SaaS) so we want to:
1. Educate the visitor about our product
2. Differentiate ourselves from our competitors
3. Drive people to sign up for a free trial.
Currently we have a few menu items/sections considered
WHAT it is
WHY you care
WHAT it costs
WHO we are
Please arrange the nav as you see fit.
Our product is world-class and light years ahead of our competition. Most of the competing products are either unfinished or amateurish. We want to draw a clear distinction with our design and presence.
Please derive the color scheme from our attached logo and stationary concept. Feel free to use any of the stock images attached (or not). Naturally you are not limited to the colors in the logo, but any other colors you chose will need to be complementary.
You're also free to design the layout as you see fit. We're looking for a design to immediately draw in the visitor. Keep in mind the website copy will be short and sharp, have testimonial quotes and multiple calls to action (sign up).
Please provide final design as a layered PSD file.
