We require a new wesbite layout & design to help covey news, events and notices throughout the Manchester county.
The county (Greater Manchester West) covers the Metropolitan boroughs of Salford, Trafford and Wigan . This gives the county a unique and vibrant culture in which to foster Scouting.
Scouting is open to both male and female young people from the ages of 6 through to 25 years. Adults members are also active as Leaders and support people.

Exigences
We need a design that runs across all the different Scout Sections and helps the County team relay information to the Manchester Scouting Community. A clean, modern design is required to help with this.

What we need.
1. A home page with areas for news, events, notices and links into the section pages
2. Each Section (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Scout Network) need their own landing page with areas for news, events and notices.
Each of the above must be in a format which we can take and apply to different areas of the site.
The site must work within a 1024 x 768px resolution
