I, Michael Perkola, am the Marketing Manager at The Ingenium Group. I'm an American with 3 years of professional design experience. However, my skills are rusty and your web design skills are likely to be far superior to mine. I need your help to improve Ingenium's out-of-date website.
Ingenium Group is a recruitment company with offices in Tokyo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. We work to bring executives and senior managers to foreign and multi-national companies in Asia Pacific.
Parlez-nous de vous et des personnes que vous souhaitez cibler
Executives and Human Resources Managers at multi-national companies. Their age will be 35-50. On average, their nationality is Japanese, though they will be bilingual in English and have experience working abroad.
The audience is highly educated and have graduated from the world's top business schools. They are business-savy and read publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and The Financial Times.
The main site will be in English with parallel sites localized in Simplified Chinese and Japanese.
We're looking for a design with the typical header, two-column content section and footer - please include the "outside design" background for those with larger screens – see our development area on http://ingenium.tokyoidealab.com/ for how it’s set up. We’re flexible and it doesn’t have to precisely follow our framework.
Our brand name can be written as either “Ingenium” or “The Ingenium Group.” We currently have two logos in operation and will probably transition to a new brand image in 6 months. Therefore, no special logo design is necessary and we will not incorporate the current logos into the site in order to maintain maximum flexibility.
We're looking for a more informative front page which includes a short company introduction, recent news and recent positions available.
One idea includes three panels of content relevant to a different group: clients, candidates, Ingenium. See the example illustration idea5.png
The current development doesn’t have a separately designed front page. This is what we want from you.
