We are looking for a new mobile responsive UI design to support the above brand identity.
We would like to see some concepts for a few parts of the product we are about to rebuild. I have provided some mockups to give you an idea of our intentions for the pages.
We are not in a position to revamp our entire product (it is a large website) due to a lack of internal resources. We are looking to largely maintain the structure of the existing HTML across the site but will apply the look of the pages you design to the rest of the site, so please have a look around to see what we are working with.
These are the pages you will be designing:
1. Home page (see http://www.aspokesmansaid.com)
I have not provided any new concepts for this, as we'd like to see what you can come up with. The aim of this page is to show a bit of everything we have to offer (make a complaint tool, read/write reviews, get advice in energy/telecoms/insurance/money/travel and more, read consumer news, testimonials from customers who have saved money) but also focus on converting traffic to our price comparison (switch energy, car insurance, home insurance). We are also looking to have a dropdown nav similar to that of M&S bank (http://bank.marksandspencer.com/) so that we can tell new users about everything we offer and make navigation easier.
2. Company page - two tabs (see design attached)
We want tabs for different aspects of each company. As you can see in my latest mockup, all companies will have a complaints tab and a customer reviews tab. Some companies that we are more focused on will also have ‘our review’ (a piece of content) and ‘deals’, but we don’t need these to be designed now.
3. Make a complaint - wizard (see design attached)
We want to turn the complaints process into a wizard, whereby we ask you questions and try to narrow down your issue to give you specific advice before you contact the company (see mockups). At this point you will also have the chance to switch (if we have price comparison for that industry) or to write a public review.
4 and 5. A mobile version of two of these pages
