I like many of the design proposals submitted, and I would very muchlike to see some of these designs updated with these corrections.
Because every design submitted required the same clarification, I have extended the contest by a few days.
Clarification:
1. brandscreen ad exchange (the blue logo) is the company name
2. the 'uniting buyers' text and the 'exchange visual' are making the same point.... they should be together on the page
3. the 'live exchange trading'(the green logo) is one of our products. It is the product used by media buyers
4. the publisher logos (cbs,travel, etc) are not our clients. These are the ad units being tradedon the exchange, so it makes sense for these to be next to the'exchange status' in some way
The visual below is cut and pastefrom one of the designs. It is NOT A DESIGN - I just want to illustratewhat I mean by the four points above, to avoid any confusion.
The rest of the brief remains unchanged.

- Brandscreen is an Advertising Exchange Broker. Like http://www.etrade.com we let our customers buy and sell on a whole range of different exchanges (etrade for stocks, brandscreen for online ad space)
- Theproduct we buy and sell is DISPLAY AD INVENTORY, such as a banner adspace. We buy and sell by the millions of impressions, allowing bigagencies and big publishers to trade online 
- Our customers are publishers, marketers, advertisers and media agencies (not consumers).
- Ourcustomers use Brandscreen because we make a VERY COMPLEX business(buying and selling ads on global exchanges) far EASIER, SAFER ANDQUICKER... leading to higher customer sales, revenue, yield and profit.
