Looking for someone to help build the layout to a new Intranet application.
Accepted File Formats:
HTML/CSS
Service Description
I am looking for someone to design the complete layout for an Intranet web application. Should work in 1024x768 resolution in all major popular browsers and the content and header should expand as the users resolution grows. Open to suggestion on color, but I'm a big fan of red and blue (but generally not together).
No real graphics work will be required outside of any some spacer gifs and/or other small images you want to use for bars/arrows/header/background, etc.
Header
The header would contain the application name, the user that is logged in, and a registration notice ("This product is registered to abc"). Currently I have a small search bar in the header too, but I'm open to having this anywhere.
Menu
Open to your suggestions, but I suspect a menu on the left of the page that can go two levels deep and would not require expanding/collapsing, but it would need to be obvious that some items are children of other items.
Content
Need a text & color for my H1 & H2 tags as well as the normal text (paragraphs). Also would need style for links. The content should be the main part
Form Style
I will need a form style for this project. The forms required for this application would be broken down into sections (i.e. "Main Information", "Contact Information", "Location Information", "Comments", etc) each of them containing one of more fields, so some pleasant way to display this information is important. Also need a drop down div from the input boxes that will be "suggestions" or "type aheads" - no coding required, just need the style that goes with it.
Footer
Basic footer with copyright notice preferably in a light color.
Misc
I've been using the following template in development and have grown very fond of it - might be useful to see for you: http://www.mollio.org/typeB.html - the only thing I didn't like about this template was the navigation in the top bar, I have no need for that.
The end result should be an HTML page that demos the layout and all of the styles you've created, including the form.
