These tshirts are being designed for those customers with an interest in fashion. They are living in the USA with mostly Polish heritage. We want the shirts to sell because they look great, not simply because someone has pride in their heritage. These people would likely be shopping at Abercrombie, Old Navy, etc... They would likely wear "Ed Hardy" designs also. While we want the shirts to be edgy and trendy, we do NOT want it to simply be a "knock off" of the previously mentioned designs. It is up to the designer to find a way to accomplish this goal.
we would like to see several various designs. There is a strong possibility that more than one design will be chosen as a winner should the designs really stand out. Again, we want the Tshirts to sell themselves. and we really hope to see how creative you can get. we are open to using any part of the shirt (front, back, sleeve, etc...). this design will be used on Tshirts and possibly Jackets.
1)Design one- include both the Polish Eagle/Crest and the American Eagle/Crest with text reading either "Polish American" or " Poland and American or USA" somewhere on the shirt. this design obviously will be geared to Polish americans.
2) Design two- include both the Polish Eagle/Crest and the American Eagle/Crest with NO text (this will allow us to sell it to people who are NOT Polish but simply like the shirt because it looks fashionable.)
we are open to color type: some may try using the national colors while others may simply use completely different colors. We would like to see both options. the focus should be a shirt that looks good more so than using the national colors.
If there ends up being multiple designs that really stand out, than more than one design will likely be chosen. We may then launch another contest similar to this one with emphasis on German or other Slavic nations since our store caters to this market as well.
