our target market is fsbo,expired,person having issues of selling or a person looking to buy their first home,2nd home or upsize or downsize.
They are 25 to 60 years old typically. they would live in the philadelphia city or suburbs or south jersey. They are middle income to upper class people with jobs make typically 100,000 or more. The purchase price is typically around 250,000 but could go up to 1 million.
The purpose of this is we want to use this in mailers,leave at doctors office etc, or leave it with a prospect when they meet us. We want this to be a summary piece of why we are different and what we do. So two things 1. get people to call us 2. when we meet someone we give them this piece to see what were about.
