• Newsletter design must leverage the new logo, stationery suite and web design. You will notice that there are two versions of the logo (see business card & letterhead (text is centered below) and envelope & web page design – text is to the right). We ask that you stick to one version of the logo in the newsletter design. (note: design for other printed collateral to follow e.g. brochure, sales sheets, as well as design for all email communications.)
• Must incorporate the following elements in the newsletter:
o Masthead incorporating the newsletter name “The Opening Bell”
o Include “Volume 20, No.2/October 2010” in masthead
o 3 articles with title, staff photo and by line name and title
o Account Performance report on page 2 – see example in attached previous newsletter.
o Pull quotes from articles
o “Upcoming Events” section
o Design should be clean and modern, and not too stuffy or traditional, but remember this is a financial company so nothing too loud or too playful.
o Include contact info on previous newsletter and both addresses Oakland and Santa Rosa as included in the new letterhead design attached.
