A business card which is 90x40mm in size
Possibly our logo with a design/image/solid colour/etc in background on one side and our details (and possibly logo again ) on the flip side
Flip side also needs to have a tick box to choose location and a line that says " your next appointment is" and a line to write in the appointment date and time
