We have had a lot of success with an email marketing campaign to our customers... the text of that email is below... This was effective as an email but needs to be converted into an appealing and catchy single or double sided letterbox flyer.

Dear John Smith,
I just wanted to remind you that Microsoft will soon stop support for Windows 7 and that our special offer to upgrade your computer to Windows 10 has been extended due to overwhelming demand however we are not sure how much longer Microsoft will be providing this free upgrade so we suggest you don''t wait until it''s too late. Currently Windows 7 is on what Microsoft refer to as Extended Support however this extended support ends in January. You may already be seeing popup messages about Windows 7 support coming to an end and these messages will increase in frequency as the deadline gets closer.
What This Means: Once support ends it means that Microsoft will not be fixing bugs or patching security vulnerabilities that hackers find which means there is a much higher risk that your computer could become infected with malware or even be susceptible to hackers who exploit these vulnerabilities. To give you an example of how seriously the Australian Government treats the use of unsupported versions of Windows (or any other software), most Government departments, contractors and agencies are prohibited from using software that is no longer fully supported by its manufacturer.. As well as the serious security issues around using an unsupported version of Windows, unsupported versions of Windows are gradually no longer going to be supported by other software companies which means the newer software and newer web sites will no longer work properly or display properly and this will get progressively worse until it becomes almost impossible to browse the internet.
How Much Does It Cost: Only $99 if you bring your computer in to our workshop or $145 if we collect it from you and return it following the service. Normally Microsoft charge between $169 and $299 for a licence for Windows however for a limited time, the software licence is free for anyone who has a licenced version of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. If your computer is a factory built one or has a product key sticker and the sticker indicates is came with Windows 7 or later, the software licence is free. The onsite service includes collecting your computer (disconnecting all the cables etc), bringing it back to our workshop to perform the upgrade then returning it and plugging it back in again. Additional work such as tuition on how to use Windows 10 or other tasks are charged as extras at our usual onsite hourly rate. If repairs are required in order to be able to perform the upgrade, we will consult with you before proceeding.
How Long Does it Take: The whole process usually takes between 4 and 24 hours on our workbench and occasionally a little longer if we experience unexpected issues during the upgrade. We expect to get most upgrades completed and tested within 24 to 48 hours however in the event that there is a delay, we will keep in touch with you at every step to let you know whats happening, how long it may be delayed and the reasons for any delay.
What Next: We recommend that you pre-book your service on our website as booked services will get priority over those that are not booked however if you want our workshop service and are bringing the computer to our workshop for the upgrade, you are welcome to just walk in without an appointment. If you require our pickup and dropoff service, booking is essential. PLEASE NOTE: This offer is valid until the end of July 2019 or until Microsoft end their free upgrade offer, which ever comes first. We do not know when Microsoft will begin charging for the upgrade, we only know that it will happen some time between now and the end of the year based on their past history on Windows upgrades.
