The Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is a politically neutral, non-profit organization that works to improve the quality of life for children, families, and communities across Texas by preventing unintended teen pregnancies. Though we work to prevent teen pregnancy, the target audience for most of our work or NOT teens, but professionals in the workforce. For more info, visit http://www.txcampaign.org. Every year we hold an annual symposium that brings together professionals from across the state who are working in teen pregnancy prevention. The target audience for the 2016 symposium is social workers, clinicians, researchers, educators, youth service professionals, graduate students, and other key program staff from across Texas.
Qu'est-ce qui vous inspire et comment imaginez-vous le design de votre entreprise?
1) A one-page 8 1/2" x 11" flyer for the Texas Campaign's 5th annual Symposium.
2) The main design element of the flyer needs to be able to be used as a stand-alone graphic for use on social media and other electronic platforms (email, registration website etc…)
3) Graphic needs to tie into the theme - "The Texas Roadmap: Building Champions for Change."
4) Champions means advocates/supporters NOT champions as in the winner of something.
5) We want fresh colors. Please do NOT use the blue and red like in the organization logo.
The official Texas Campaign logo must be used but the colors do not need to be used (see last year’s example). All other design elements are open to the creative vision of the designers. Last year’s design should be used as a tool for comparison only. We want something fresh and modern for 2016.
The winning design will capture the theme of the event, "The Texas Roadmap: Building Champions for Change.”
NOTE: Champions means advocates/supporters NOT champions as in the winner of something.
Some tie ins for the design might include the following play on words: Navigate (ie: map); Building (Ie: communities); Map
The design needs to incorporate the text "The Texas Campaign's 5th Annual Symposium," "The Texas Roadmap: Building Champions for Change,” "Austin," “www.txcampaign.org” and the date "April 11-12, 2016." I've attached the logo for the 2015 event. We did not have a formal event flyer in 2015. I've also attached a flyer for the Texas Roadmap and our current logo.
Examples we like include the three attached as well as the link below:
