Community pancake breakfast postcard campaign

McLeod Community League

We offer community programs and services such as:
-community soccer, baseball, and softball
-free family movie nights
-community health fairs
-free family outings to laser tag and trampoline parks

We are hosting a pancake breakfast on July 20, 2015. The breakfast will run from 7am to 10am at McLeod Hall at 14715 59 Street in Edmonton, Alberta.
The pancake breakfast will be free, and Starbucks will also be on hand providing free coffee.
I would like to have this postcard available as a mailout to area businesses (only - it will not be sent to residences) to encourage them to attend. This will be an opportunity for business owners in our neighbourhood to meet with one another.
Families and other non-business residents have been invited to the event, but will not be targeted with this campaign.
I am looking for a postcard-sized mailout. I will print addresses and event details on one side, and the postcard design on the other.
This event coincides with K-Days, which is Edmonton's major summer fair/carnival. The K-Days website is at http://k-days.com/
There will be many other pancake breakfasts in Edmonton during this time, so it will not be a surprise to anybody to be invited to this event.
I am hoping for people to drop in on their way to work in the morning and check things out and have a quick visit.
