I am a Mortgage broker in a small City in Western Canada and I want to be the "go to guy" for mortgages in my area. I own the brokerage and employ 24 agents so a constant stream of good quality mortgage leads is very important. I have lived in this city for about 35 years and am fairly well known. I have raised 3 children here and am married to the same woman for 31 years. I advertise on a local billboard and do a small bit of newspaper advertising. My focus going forward is to concentrate on the billboard, mail outs and the internet. I have always strived for the professional approach and think that is likely how I want to continue.

My target is very broad. Any one who owns a home is a possible customer. I want to focus on mortgage renewals. Most mortgages in Canada are for 5 year terms so at least 20% of the population renews their mortgage every year. This is the client I am after. I am 50 years old and most of my agents are 35 plus so the best age demographic would likely be 35-55 years old but we can service all ages. We offer a great variety of lenders so we can assist most home owners when renewing their mortgages. If they sign the bank renewal forms that gets sent to them they will be paying more then they need to for there home financing. I want to help those people.
I will include a copy of the billboard and a copy of the mail out I am sending out this week. What is required for this project is a follow up piece following along the same sort of theme. I am open to any new ideas that will get customers to call me. Trust, stability, security are all things I would like to try to portray. I can get new pictures of me if that would help, but my picture is not totally necessary if there is a better way. If we can come up with a successful response I would do this on a very regular basis. Also I would like to start giving the name Key Financial a bit more prominence. Over time I want to make Key Financial the main part of the name instead of Dominion Lending. I am getting new logo work done right now so it may or may not be ready in time for this project. This postcard will be sized at 6X9, 6X8 or 5x7 depending on what you think is best. 2 sided is a possibility if it would make a positive difference. Open to new ideas and colour changes, what ever it takes to be noticed and acted on by clients.
