BeautyGroupie.com -- Your Backstage Pass to Ultimate Beauty Deals -- is a website that allows users to buy the same amazing beauty products that only celebrities can afford at up to 80% off retail. The deals are based on a collective buying model. For example, a La Mer Face Cream that retails at $200 will be sold at $90. However, no one will get the deal unless 10 people sign up for it. Once 10 people sign up, everyone will get the deal until the deal expires or the number of available products available is sold. See http://beautygroupie.com/alpha2 to see explanation video. DO NOT sign up there though. It's just a test site.
However, you can sign up at http://beautygroupie.com to get good deals yourself. We are launching on April 1, 2011. Don't mind the graphics there, they are the old graphics. This sign-up page will be gone once we launch the site.
There will be more work for winning designer to design additional marketing collateral after this initial piece is done.

Sophisticated and educated female internet shoppers aged 30-55 who love the latest and greatest in beauty products. They are savvy and stylish, and adore the latest in fashion and designs. They believe in anti-aging and want to look the absolute best for their age!
The home page is already designed and finalized as attached (BG_home_page.tiff). As you can see, the whole site is branded around a rock band groupie type of feel. That's why the three different deal categories are named "Greatest Hits", "New Releases", and "Golden Oldies". Our current designer made a first pass at an email template as attached (backstagepass.tiff) but it's not quite elegant enough.
We need an email template that is very consistent with the branding shown by our video at http://beautygroupie.com/alpha2/index-flash.php and also the home page (BG_home_page.tiff). At the same time, it needs to excite the customer when it arrives at her email inbox daily to make her want to buy the deals. So think fun, elegant, energetic and branding!
Winner will also get to design our marketing pieces to bloggers and vendors at additional cost!
