We are a company that prints signs which are customizable with a customers Town or Area printed on them along with a saying, as an example "Ski The Best- Ski Breckenridge" or "Get Higher-Ski Colorado" or "Ski Town USA-Vail". You get the idea. Our signs are sold to gift shops and resort areas throughout the US. We concentrate on Beach Signs, Lodge/Hunting Signs and Ski Signs.

Looking for a snow skiing sign that will be 16"x20" finished. The sign should have a retro feel to it, look like it was painted onto wood, and should be distressed to look like it's been around for 50 years. Not into any cartoon type graphics, but any 50's illustration type work, or retro photograph looks are fine. We will put type over the background that you provide, so what it says is not really critical, the aged background graphics are. With that said, the type is obviously critical to the design, so please suggest type font, color,position, etc. For purposes of this background art, lets use the copy "Get Your Skis Into Virgin Snow, Ski Breckenridge, Colorado". We will just want the background graphic when done, and we will drop the type in. Lodgy colors, earthtones, are always popular, but have fun with what you do. Thanks in advance for you help.
