Create a Workplace Cultural App so our team are the perfect fit

* The app would be an interactive 'workplace / culture' quiz.
* The quiz would include a series of multiple choice questions for users to choose the answer that best suits them.
* Users would select from between answers - a, b, c, d.
* Each answer provides a different answer to how you - as an potential employee - would deal with a specific issue or topic.
* Depending on what answer you chose, a message would come up on how suitable this organisation is for you.
* This cultural quiz enables people to find out more about the organisation before they apply for a job.
* They get to understand the organisation culture and get a sense of if this is the right place for them.
* It also allows them to self-select out of the recruitment process because they will have an understanding of whether this organisation is suitable for them.
* This is a cultural quiz for people so they can get a sense of if they are suited to the organisation.

The app should be innovative and exciting. We want people to take the quiz so but the person and the organisation have a sense of how we fit before embarking on the recruitment process.

We don't want to prescribe any designs or themes, and are happy for designers to view our website and what we stand for and what activities we do, and develop something in our theme.

One possible option is an online / interactive 'As I Age' chalkboard that follows in the theme of a recent Feros Care initiative. Please see below link:

The app needs to be available across a variety of platforms - iPhone, Android, ipad, Mac, Windows etc. People look for work using a wide range of technologies so it needs to be adaptable to a wide audience.
