Our customers get lessons, tips, and achievable goals on a weekly basis to incorporate into their daily lives. After some time they eat, act, and live like a healthy person...and therefore become a healthy person over time.
We plan on having WeeklyNudges to lose weight, stop smoking, etc. so the logo should not be strictly aimed at weight loss.
