I am starting a business in the credit union industry--financial services and a want a catchy logo and tagline design for the company--TalenTTracker.
My company will offer several Human Resource products, with the main one being executive search. Additional products include: background testing, industrial psychology testing, strategic planning, mergers-aquisitions, and best practice internal hiring processes. All these products try to help credit union senior management identify, hire and retain the best talent. "It is all about Leadership" or "Leadership from the Heart" or "There is no substitute for Talent or Cutural Fit" (my personal favorite)could be tag-lines for the company.
An additional section of the website would be a career section with a star database that I could populate with some of the best nationally talented senior managers and CEO's (Stars).
Some not very creative ideas I have are to have a foot print theme for Tracking Talent or TalenTTracker with stars in the "a's" in the name. You could do something around TT or build that into a creative loga as that might be what we end up calling the company. I really want a professional site, so blue colors mixed in with some red or orange to stand out are preferred but don't let me hinder your creativity! We will sell our products to CEO's, senior managers and HR professionals in the credit union and financial service industry. They are professionals, typically well educated and have a passion for serving their members. We also work with Volunteer Boards who can be very sophisticated or just passionate about their organization and what it does in helping people do a better job with their finances.
Catchy and professional so they will instantly remember our company and know what we do--Executive Search and other HR products/services that help them identify, hire and retain the best talent to help their organizations grow in the future. It is truly all about leadership! So get creative and use your skills in any way you like, as long as they are tasteful and professional.
