Spreadsavings.com will be a social shopping website and social application company. The website and facebook apps will allow users to share coupons, savings and offers with their friends. When they or their friends use a coupon/saving/offer they will win rewards & prizes and so will their friends.
Savings themes and also social themes are important for the look and feel of it. People should think of the logo and font as something that makes them want to share with friends. The small version of the logo will have to be able to be put into the top of a browser bar, on twitter or a facebook wall where it says "posted using spreadsavings". So it should be distinct and recognizable in both large and small formats.

They heavily use Facebook and Twitter and are always commenting on other people's statuses. They also play games like Farmville, CityVille, etc. These are very active internet users. "Online Shopaholics who talk all day long with their friends on Facebook as they play Farmville". Those tend to be 25-40 year old women with medium to high incomes. However our logo should be playful and not gender specific.
