Brand new marketing agency. We are the small business owner's marketing director.
Our approach to social networking is about building relationships and getting results with marketing efforts, and building our client's brand over time. Results meaning creating long-term relationships but also to drive traffic and generate leads.
We help our clients build their personal brands online with blogs, SEO / SEM, etc. Much of the work we do is building content and/or taking their content and doing much more with it -- getting more traction out of each and every effort. Particularly on blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Business owners with $1million+ in annual sales.
Likely to be a local dealer or franchise owner of some kind (various industries), meaning local brand with national or international brand awareness and equity. But could own their own company/brand with no other affiliation.
Business owners who are in the info-marketing arena.
The words "Traction Group" should be in the logo but you have creative license here if you feel strongly otherwise.
Desired color scheme: Black, Tan/Beige, Gray/Silver (but we're open to further exploration here)
Colors that do not work: Black-red-gray combo, or blue as dominant color
Tonality is contemporary, sophisticated and creatively intelligent. Not trendy or cartoonish but certainly can be bold, impactful.
Typeface: Magneto is one typeface we've worked with. We're not expecting you use this necessarily.
Logo must be readable and easily/clearly identifiable, memorable!
Logo will be used across all social media platforms. Twitter requires a square format so be cognizant of that. Either develop a logo that can fit within this space (preferable) or be aware that a more iconic version of it will have to created to integrate with main logo. If you can show us that, it would be a plus.
No clip art or the typical tire treads that signify "traction" but certainly design to infer traction and "stickiness!" The tire tread idea can be used if designed within the brand tone. Feel free to explore your interpretation of Websters definition "the adhesive friction of a body on a surface on which it moves."
Logo to be used online and offline, in all types of marketing materials, including embroidered.
Original work only please. Contest owner will give feedback and stars.
