i-Sight is a software platform. We started in 1999 offering customer complaint tracking software. We still sell this, but today most of our business comes from selling investigation software.
Companies like Dell, Coke, Siemens, AllState and lots of other big companies use i-Sight to manage HR investigations (think discrimination, bribery, fraud, theft, harassment, etc.).
Because we well to big companies we're aren't looking for anything too off the wall - just a simple update to the logo.

Our target audience is large companies - we need to look corporate/ big company just like them.
We normally sell to Director or VP Level. Normally they're in HR, Compliance or Legal. Usually over the age of 40, and 60% are women.
Lot's of ex-cops or law enforcement - that's why we used the shield in our mock-up.
We are going to be launching a new website soon. This design is based on the concept that our software helps companies protect their brand.
In the attached screenshot you will see that we've used a shield image on the homepage. We have a few ideas of what might work:
1 - same logo but using the blue color used in the site design
2 - same logo, but instead of the i with a swoosh, putting the i on a shield. We like this idea because then we could use the shield with the i as an icon or standalone image elsewhere.
** Colors - we have a lot of marketing material that uses the current logo colors. Because of this, we don't really want a radical departure from the existing color scheme. The new blue used in the attached screengrab, and the orange are the color family we'd like to stick with. We're open to ideas, but generally a simple design that uses the blue and orange would be ideal.
