We are a mortgage brokerage in Alberta, Canada the specializes in residential mortgages. We operate a storefront operation but do much of our business online and over the phone. So the logo would also be used on our website. We have over 10 years of experience and want to have our offices and internet presence look more professional and upbeat. Maybe a bit like a bank but more customer service oriented. We want our clients to walk in the front office and know they have come to the right place.

25-55 year old people with a variety of backgrounds. Some will have credit issues, some will be self employed but most will have good jobs, good credit but have been going to their bank for their mortgage needs. In Canada, about 65% of the people still go to their local bank branch for their mortgages, and don't know exactly what mortgage brokers can do for them. We offer more competitive rates, more options and better customer service.
We want a very readable, at a glance, design. Professional but not stodgy. Something that people will remember when they leave and create a feeling of confidence in us as a company.
No set color scheme although in the past we have used a Bank of Montreal blue as our main color. We have thought of using a rich gold or a deep brown as it would stand out on our wall which is a deeper forest green. We have sometimes used the tag line of "First Class, personalized service for every client" Maybe that could be worked in as well into the overall design.
