We are a portrait studio located near Columbus, Ohio. Our work has been nationally recognized on many levels. http://www.kentsmith.com Our work is high-end, recognizable, beautiful, creative, and unique. Our current logo does not show these facts. We need something classy but creative. This logo would be used for letterhead, marketing materials, web design, and also on our packaging and products. We would like something using the full "Kent Smith Photography" and also a smaller logo utilizing KS.
Our studio building is decorated warm and with high-end furniture. The colors we are attracted to are teals, browns, tans, and other warm colors. We need a look that fits us as people, as a studio, and our work.
We photograph about 500 high school senior portraits a year and about another 100 family and children portraits every year. We are high volume with the feel of personal attention.
This logo should be easily recognizable for years to come. We really want to develope a brand for our name.

Upper to middle class, Columbus ohio area. Most of our clients are 17 year old high school seniors, but the logo must also be able to be used on marketing pieces showing images of newborn babies.
Our audience shops at places like Urban outfitters, Nordstrom, Abercrombie, and many other higher end retail stores.
We need a logo with our full name, "Kent Smith Photography," for letterhead, website, etc. But it is important that something similar be created with just the initials "KS." We need this because we put our copyright or small logo on all of the photographs we produce.
A wallet size picture is only 2.5"x3.5" and we always put a small stamped logo down in the corner of the wallets. It needs to be big enough to be identified but small enough that it does not cover too much of the image.
