A logo/brand mark is needed for a non-profit that works with at-risk inner city youth. A black and white silhouette or virtual sihouette of a kneeling male wearing a hoodie, with hands slightly bent and in the air, with head slightly downcast - kinda like a winning boxer. An iconic look desired.

The above silhouetted youth with be intregrated into a logotype solution to form the brand for this non-profit which is going to equip at-risk youth with marketable skills.
- Item 1...Design must be black and white, with perhaps a n urban twist without being overtly "gang" oriented. Can have an edgy-ness. Face or profile should be partly visible - can have a small amount of light hitting it to identify that it's a guy (i.e. - not just a black area under the hood. Orientation can be front on or partially turned (45 degree)
