We are initially starting within the niche of the food and drink industry, targeting consumers between the ages of 21-35. As our network expands, we see this technology able to be implemented by all individuals with no age discrimination whatsoever in all marketplaces that accept Visa and MasterCard. We want to make life easier, if offered the chance to not have to carry a wallet full of credit cards we believe any individual at any age is a viable potential customer.
Everyone ages 18-34 who is savvy with a cell phone and understands social communities as well as the exploding geo-location market. Secondary market will be business men, hotels, concierges etc.
OnMeYo is a virtual gift card service implementing smartphones, geolocation, and virtual credit card technology. With OnMeYo, one can buy their friends or family drinks, coffee, food etc., via mobile devices or from one’s personal computer. As people check-in on Foursquare, Gowalla, Yelp, Twitter and Facebook, their peers or family members can use OnMeYo to buy these individuals’ drinks and food in real-time. The individual who receives an OnMeYo virtual gift card by email or text message can redeem the monetary amount gifted by showing the image of the card’s encrypted code to a waiter or bartender. The virtual credit card that can be presented to a cashier for redemption will be authorized for the amount that the gift giver sets and is valid and backed by our bank account. We are looking for a logo to brand OnMeYo when we unleash it to the public! The logo needs to have influences of fun, technology(mobile), geo-location etc-go wild! Get creative
