The Skin Lab
The Skin Lab is a newly formed specialist clinic situated in Brisbane, Australia. We operate in the cosmetic medicine industry, and to keep up with the demand for maintaining a youthful appearance we can enhance the appearance of skin by offering services including:
• Acne treatments
• Anti-wrinkle treatments
• Leg vein sclerotherapy
• Psoriasis treatments
• Dermal fillers
• Mole removal
• Laser and IPL services.
Our point of difference is that, unlike a beautician, we offer physical therapies as well as prescriptions. We work in close alignment with specialist dermatologists and use the latest technologies and state of the art equipment.
The Skin Lab has a varied demographic as our services can benefit a wide range of patients, starting as young as infants (for eczema), progressing to teenagers (acne), then adults and the elderly. However the predominant age group of patients is 25 – 55 years of age, divided roughly as 70% females, 30% males.
Another audience is GPs - general practitioners, who would refer patients to The Skin Lab.
To create a logo for The Skin Lab which incorporates our tag line “Your prescription for healthy skin”.
The logo and colour palette will be used for both The Skin Lab website (yet to be developed) and marketing material, eg brochures, stationery, point of sale etc, so web and print-friendly colours is something to be kept in mind.

Tone and image:
We like neutral colouring, but not clinical. We like white and aqua as two colour ideas, but are not limited to this and are very open to your creative ideas and interpretation of our brand. It also must be non-gender specific.
