Anderson Property Management has been in the Anderson area for over 27 years. With a professional staff dedicated to property management, we manage over 600 houses, apartments and single-family properties in Anderson and it's surrounding towns. We need a new logo to give our company a fresh face.

With a professional staff dedicated to property management, we manage over 600 houses, apartments and single-family properties in Anderson and it's surrounding towns. We are licensed with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Our team is waiting to serve you in every way possible, from managing your property to locating a property that will meet your family's needs and budget.

We have written the description above as to what our company does for some direction as to what we might want in a logo. Honestly, we are open to all ideas as long as they are professional and high quality.  We prefer all logos to be .ai.  We are using this logo for everything from signs to cards to our website, and billboards.
We will be giving constant feedback on this contest and hopefully that will give some artists a bit more direction.  We know you guys have to power to wow.

- Can be used in multiple types of print (cards, signs, shirts, billboards, etc.)
- High Quality - .ai or other VERY high quality formats (remember using this logo on billboards. It needs to be big enough to show up without distortion.)

- No logos that can NOT be used on a billboard sign
