I am a pharmacist who has practiced for 18 years in a number of health care settings. Women who work in health care have a tendency to get overwhelmed with the responsibilities of caregiving in their jobs and families, and forget to take care of themselves. This new association with be about supporting the minds, bodies and spirits of women in all health care fields.

The audience for this association will include women in all health care related fields (nurses, pharmacists, physicians, social workers, etc) Target age range 40-60. Member is likely to have children living at home and may be caring for aging parents. There are no existing organizations of this kind that I'm aware of.
