Logo for german IT Company

I'm searching for a new clear, fresh but slick logo.

JÄGER IT

We're a young and flexible IT company in germany. We provide Hard- & Software, Network-Solutions and maintenance work.

Our new logo must be printable, should also be available in black/white e.g. for stamps.

It must be possible to use it on dark and bright backgrounds. Therefore maybe two versions?

We need the work as a vector in high resolution (for printing on letterheads, business cards...maybe you design them, too ;-) )

- Color: A mixture of dark blue and some grey would be nice, but inspirate me
- clearly look
- not to voliminous
- clear to read font
- the name "JÄGER IT" has to be written with "Ä" not "ae"
- There's no slogan at the time. if you get one, put in in the logo
- I need a version of the logo in black/white
- need winning design in .ai or .psd - vector

- Looking like the old Logo, it's to unfortunable for designing
- too big
- unprofessional
- dubios looking
- bad resolution
