The Deconstructed House
The Deconstructed House is a retail outlet of architectural salvage and home furnishings. Our sister company is an Atlanta based demolition and environmental remediation company. We are engaged in the deconstruction and recycling of single family homes and mid sized commercial buildings. We salvage beautiful wood planking, wood framing, wood flooring, architectural items such as unique shutters, trim pieces, windows, old crystal and brass doorknobs and hardware, vanities, furnishings, antique bricks, etc. Our culture emphasizes the value of old building products and appreciates the beauty of items otherwise headed to the landfill.
Parlez-nous de vous et des personnes que vous souhaitez cibler
The market is for the do it yourself renovator, historical renovator, interior decorator, homemaker, homeowner, and those that appreciate antiques and furnishings from a bygone era. The Deconstructed House focuses on the era of 1900-1950's. Other time periods are represented, however, we focus on products that evoke the turn of the century time period.
The logo must reflect an old-timey time period. The owners appreciate the "Craftsman Style". The logo must be appropriate for website, business cards and outdoor signage. Light greens and dark browns are preferred colors. In the current logo, as it appears on the website, the words "Architectural Salvage" "Furniture" and "Vintage Bricks" are listed, so as to convey to the audience what The Deconstructed House is about. These words do not necessarily have to be incorporated into the logo, but a variety of options would be helpful. The website is http://www.thedeconstructedhouse.com
The company has an active blog: http://thedeconstructedhouse.blogspot.com/
and facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-D…7494689416.
I have attached an example of a small print ad in which the current 'logo' appears. The flower graphic is nice, and it would be great to incorporate into a new logo, but again, looking at a variety of options. Thanks!
