Logo for new company

New irrigation service and repair company is in need of a logo for web, truck signs, business cards etc.

We are looking to have a logo designed for our irrigation company. This logo will represent the company in advertising through the web, print media, on company hats and tee shirts and on the sides of our trucks.With over 20 years in the green industry, the owner has decided it is time for his own business.

- The company tag line is "The Dependable Irrigation Specialists"
- Color scheme is open, but we are partial to purple and yellow/gold. The HEX values are 6600CC and FFCC33 we would like to see these colors used but it is not mandatory
- The logo must look good in print, web, on hats and shirts, and on the side of a truck (still have not decided on white or yellow trucks)
- It should transfer to gray scale as it will be on letterheads, envelopes and billing invoices
- It must speak dependability
- Whimsical is OK 
- Must be simple
- Have "The Dependable Irrigation Specialists" in it
