An inviting, welcoming, warm design that has a 'feel' for community diversity and engaging people, is locally identifiable and simple.
We would like to use the letters 'DIVRS' as part of the overall design. We like the concept of 'flowing lines', for example, using brushstrokes which depict a sense of 'moving forward'. Other parts of the design could use, for example: symbols and/or pictures.

Darebin Information, Volunteer & Resource Service (DIVRS - pronounced 'diverse') is a community based, not-for-profit organistion supporting and resourcing the Darebin community through a range of programs and services, including our primary service:
Volunteering & the Volunteer Resource Service;
and other programs: the Emergency Relief Program, Information & Referral Program, Counselling Program.
We are 4 part-time paid staff and 40+ volunteers.
We are mostly funded by local government (Darebin Council) for our core costs and receive emergency relief funds from the federal government.
We are wanting a logo designed which can be easily applied to our marketing and promotional material, including: letterhead & business cards, pamphlets & brochures, email signature, door & window displays etc.
- Item 1...A byline / tagline will be included in the design, for example (draft): "Building Stronger Communities through Volunteering & Support"
- Color ideas: Orange, green, purple (not bright versions of these colors)FORMAT: We would like the art in a Vector Format, as recommended by 99designs so that we can utilise Adobe as required.
The Artwork for the Letterhead should not take up more than 1/4 of the top of the A4 page.
