LOGO: A Clever Cartel

Create an intriguing logo for A Clever Cartel Productions, Inc. "A Clever Cartel" is the brand - "Productions, Inc." could exist on a sub-line.

ACC is a global company based in the US with employees in China.

A Clever Cartel Productions, Inc.

I have never pursued creating a logo for A Clever Cartel because I could never come up with a basic concept for an artist - hopefully by crowdsourcing it we'll explore some awesome ideas.
ACC is currently an online media production and consulting company.  Our own in-house sites/projects/properties are funded by consulting gigs.  My biggest client (by far) is SPEEDtv.com where we manage all the non-broadcast video (production and distribution).  We're currently building version 2 of a very niche web 2.0 site. - this is our first in-house property that was launched in July 2007.
Our long-term strategy is to be an Internet conglomerate with multiple web properties and applications. 
I have been doing web design & dev since 1996 and always worked with multiple freelancers and companies (both long term friends and partners).  A Clever Cartel was formed to pull us all together and create things bigger than any one of us could create on our own.

I do not have a specific color scheme or style in mind.  I think the name has a lot of possibility.  I'd like to see circle or lighbulb subtly formed by a chinese dragon and a usa eagle using positive and negative space would be very intriguing (i.e. the two forming a cartel).

- I don't want a raster or photo image that cannot serve as a logo.  Logos should be clean vectors that can be easily tranlated to 2-color black and white images for faxing, etc.
