Header and Logo needed

We’re looking for a company that can re design our header and logo(PSD format).
See below for an example of a header I like so you get an idea of the direction. Of course you must keep the colors of the site in mind when you submit your design. I am attaching a screen shot of the site. It will also need to have few links on the header.

ProAudioPrices.com will be a pro audio comparison site that helps prospective buyers finds the best prices for pro audio products.

Required Skills:
• Photoshop or other design program. Deliverable will be a psd file though.

This is a great example of the style of header and the links placement that I want. It should match more pro audio style though (Microphones, amps. Eq, musicians…etc)

LOGO: I like simple but cool logos (If that helps ;) )
