I like style of the capricorn logo because of the simplicity of the shape. It also has attitude and doesnt look cute. However I am not sure it is a good fit for a software consulting company. Perhaps you have better experience in what fits.
I like the abstract horn logo because the designer managed to incorporate horns into something abstract :) I am not fond of the color combination of red and green. I believe the horns are more subtle than obvious which is nice.
I like the M logo because the design is simple and the M is slightly subtle. Not too obvious but it is still an M.
The letter M is nice in a logo because it represents M, pronounced [em], in Emway and is the first letter of my name.
Another "symbol" that could be incorporated in the logo is something that represents "way" in Emway. This is just and idea and not a requirement. It should be abstract. More like a swoosh than a road with road marks.
I like the font Dosis but it is not a requirement. http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Dosis
I think I would prefer the logo mark on the left side of "Emway", but you are free to layout in such a way that it would look best according to you.
You can use any capitalization on the company name as you like. I can always make suggestions during the feedback phase.
Don't hesitate to ask me anything about the design.
Have fun with it!
