Design a simple logo for a job board for software developers 🤓 💻 🖱⌨️

It's a niche job site specialised in jobs for software developers that have experience in a particular programming language (eg: ruby).

The site has two audiences:

1. Developers (consumers of the job posts). The kind of developers we are targeting are young (25-35) and they are really interested in technology and programming. They are interested on things like clean code, testing, text editors, etc.
2. Folks/Companies that need to hire developers (publishers of the job posts). These are typically the Chief Technical Officer or a Recruiters/HR person within a startup/company. Startups are small to medium size companies that have some sort of software as a service product (eg: https://www.typeform.com/). They are very technologic companies, they are innovative, they are disruptive, they move fast.

The site basically connects those two audiences.

ofertasrails = ofertas + rails. "ofertas" means "jobs" and "rails" is a technology / programming framework.

We are a niche job site. We have small but highly specialised audiences. Developers that follow us on Twitter and our mailing list are experienced on specific programming languages. Other (bigger) job sites are generalists and the quality of the candidates is lower.

Posting jobs is simple and fast. Companies don't need to create an account. We're members of the developer communities ourselves.

* If we could describe our brand in three words, what would they be?

The logo might or might not have a symbol. It's up to you.

Some concepts that might help you:

- Things related with coding: keyboard, monitor, text editor, terminal, code.
- Things related with startups: shipping, ideas, innovation, risk, hard work, growth, lean, agile, etc.
- Things related with jobs: cool offices, office stuff, teams, teamwork, retreats.
- Things related to communities. Good developers tend to go to meetups, conferences, events, and organise in small circles, etc. Companies want developers from those communities.

I'm planning to use this logo for sites that are specialised in other technologies (eg: php, java, javascript). My plan is to use the same symbol and just change the text and maybe the colors.
