Our goal is to change the way school teachers are prepared and trained. Too often, teachers get little to no feedback on in-class teaching and professional development consists of a workshop, once a year (if that), from which little is actually implemented into normal teaching practice.
thereNow enables teacher coaching (mentor watching another teacher teach in their own classroom), over the internet. Web-based coaching allows for more frequent and quality professional development that is affordable for schools (http://www.thereNow.net)
Culture: We are a group of young entrepreneurs with backgrounds in education. We want the logo to reflect change, innovation, and technology in an non-threatening way.

To put it plainly, our current logo looks like clip art! Plus, it doesn't convey a professional technology company that promotes major change. However, we would like to stick with "the two arrows pointing at each other" aspect of our current logo (see attached file of current logo). Colors are open game at this point. We'd like to get away from the "blockiness" of the arrows. We want the arrows to look artistic and unique, yet with corporate professionalism
As for the text "thereNow"....one word, with a lower case "t" and a capital "N". Also, the word "thereNow" doesn't have to be inside the arrows. The whole point of our company is to gently guide teachers along in their progression as an educator. People need to feel warm and fuzzy when they think about us.
